Online Chat Support Now Available

We are excited to offer our members another way to conveniently connect with MPS Credit Union and get answers to frequently asked questions right from our website.

There are two ways for members to use our new chat feature: 

1. Ask Buddy a question

Ask our chatbot a question or select from his helpful menu options to get information about our membership, products, services, loans, application status, ATMs, locations and more.

2. Chat with a live MPS Credit Union Representative

We now offer member support through online chat, available during normal business hours. Skip the phone call and start a live chat by typing “Chat with an agent or Representative."
