MPS Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
As our Compliance & Quality Control Specialist, you will support the credit union’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations, internal policies, and best practices.

We are searching for someone who will:
- Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly BSA/AML reports and alerts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Assist in the investigation and documentation of suspicious activity; prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) as required.
- Assist in fraud and compliance investigations and documentation.
- Perform file maintenance functions across deposit, loan, and member account records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct quality control reviews on operational transactions and loan documentation.
- reviews operational work for compliance with credit union policies and regulatory standards.
- Support audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reporting.

As our Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant you will be responsible of providing high- level support to our President/CEO. This is a key role in exercising confidentiality and discretion all the while being part of the “people helping people” philosophy of our credit union.
We are searching for someone who will:
- Provides a variety of administrative activities including research, report preparation, informational requests and clerical support.
- Assists management with board material preparation, record and distribute board attendance and minutes.
- Assist in scheduling and/or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc. for President/CEO, board members, or other members of the senior management team when needed.
- Responsible for maintaining the calendar of events and schedules for the President/CEO.
- Ordering and fulfilling office supplies.
- Responsible for handling credit union mail (sorting, distribution, processing outgoing).
- Coordinate special projects and support credit union initiatives as needed.
MPS Credit Union is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and service/member-focused Recovery Solutions Specialist to join our team at our Main Office.
As a Recovery Solutions Specialist, you'll be essential in helping our credit union maintain financial wellness through effective recovery of delinquent loan/accounts, while upholding our values of compassion, fairness, and exceptional member service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor overdue loans and accounts, contacting members to collect payments.
- Make frequent calls (70+ a day) and respond to member questions via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage repossessions, including sending notices, coordinating sales, and reporting to credit bureaus.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, repossessions, and account activity.
- File and manage insurance claims and respond to member credit disputes.
- Work with credit counseling agencies and track bankruptcy or garnishment actions.
- Process payments, loan extensions, and account updates according to policy.
- Assist members with loan issues, disputes, and account questions professionally.
- Promote and explain credit union products and services to members.
- Ensure all actions comply with policies, legal requirements, and internal guidelines.
MPS Credit Union is looking for a friendly, accurate, and service-oriented Part-Time Teller to join our Main Office Team. As the face of our credit union, you’ll play a key role in handling member transactions in a professional and efficient manner, while ensuring accuracy and compliance - helping our members reach their financial goals.

As a Member Service Representative, you will play a key role to the credit union philosophy "People Helping People", serving as a source of information to fulfill members or potential members’ inquiries. - Be accountable for “first-class®” member services.
- Assist prospective members in processing membership applications whether in person or electronic.
- Match an individual’s needs to credit union products and services.
- Handles member account inquiries and problems, (i.e. stop payment, wires, NSF checks, address changes, funds transfer request, payroll direct deposit - changes; inquiries and terminations, and miscellaneous member service duties).
- Provides effective administrative support for loan processing activities, (i.e. inputting loan application whether in person or electronic into the LS).
**Candidate should be willing to travel to other branches to assist with staffing needs and be willing to work Saturdays 9am - 1pm, when necessary**
